The Talented Futures Schools Programme is a personal development programme for young people aged 14-18 that aims to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Designed to complement their academic studies, it develops the interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence needed to succeed in the workplace.

The programme uses Clarity4D personality profiles to build confidence and self-awareness.

The Clarity4D model uses the language of colour to help us understand more about ourselves and the people around us.

Having an academic education is important, but in an age when most of us walk around with smart phones in our pocket we have instant access to all the information we could need.

What sets people apart in the workplace is their ability to communicate with and relate to the people around them.

The more we learn about ourselves the more we can develop the skills we need to work with other people.

The Talented Futures Programme is a powerful way to begin the process of self discovery.

Hi, I’m Jo

As a mum to a teenager I understand how difficult it is for young people at the start of their career.  At that age they are still discovering who they are which makes working through all the education and training options to find the right path for them hard.

On top of that, employers are increasingly looking for colleagues with great communication skills, emotional awareness, who can work well with others to join their teams.

During my career I have been a HR Manager, worked on graduate recruitment programmes, taught Leadership & Management courses and been an Assessor for Apprenticeships.  I know what employers are looking for from their new recruits and I love bringing all my experience together to deliver programmes that nurture the talent of our future.

After a period of economic uncertainty with rising unemployment competition for jobs is high.

Let’s help our young people stand out from the crowd.

For schools, colleges & youth groups

The Talented Futures Programme aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by supporting young people to learn more about themselves.
