The Talented Futures Programme is a personal development programme for young people aged 14-18 that aims to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Designed to compliment their academic studies, it develops the interpersonal skills and emotional intellegence needed to succeed in the workplace.

For a long time it has only been senior leaders and executive teams in big corporations that have had access to personality profiling tools.  Yet personality profiles provide us with a unique insight into ourselves and the people around us.

By giving young people access to these profiles right at the start of the career they have the opportunity to build the confidence and emotional awareness that will propel them forwards and start a lifelong journey of personal development.
